I currently reside in the Wilton area and have for the past 20 years. My wife and I have been married for 18 years and have 2 daughters in high school. We stay busy year round with sporting activities in Wilton. I am a volunteer assitant coach for the Wilton Beavers Girls Wrestling Team. I also volunteer weekly in Muscatine for Big Brothers Big Sisters, during the school year.
One of my main passions is being a philanthropist in the Wilton Area. I donate regularly to the Wilton/Durant Food Pantry, Wilton Fire Department, Wilton Police Deparment, & Wilton Athletic Boosters. I'm a firm believer of investing in the future and glad I have the opportunity to help the community in these areas.
I've had an interesting professional career: Law Enforcement for a decade, Inside Journeyman Wireman Local 145 IBEW, Muscatine Ruhl & Ruhl Realtor, Real Estate Investor, & Swing Trader/Stock Investor.
Real Estate Investing has been an exciting adventure and one I will be on the rest of my life. I have always had a focus on investing long term, and now I have the pleasure of working in that field. I have experience as a listing & buying agent, as well as, wholesaling and flipping investment properties.
